How long till my purchase is processed and shipped?Usually we process and ship all purchases within 3 working days, which is also the confirmation period. If we have stock or other issues, we'll contact you within this period to inform you that we: a) Cannot sell you the goods you chose and we've issued a refund. b) We can sell you the goods after a period of time, if you are fine with waiting. This choice will always be yours!

What if the product does not fit my bike?If your motorcycle model is part of the tested products listed in the add, we'll need media proof of the misfit. If there is indeed an issue with the product, we'll issue a refund upon receiving the products back, or we'll exchange it with a new piece. In case you are trying to install the product on a bike not listed as tested or with a customization of the attaching parts, we'll not issue a refund or a product swap.

Will the product fit my bike?In each product's add, we've listed the bikes we've tested in on, and guarantee it will fit. We also have some products that are multi-fit and, with a bit of adjustment from customer side, can fit any bike. To be sure the product is a good fit for your Brand and Model, check the product's description.

Is there waranty for the products?Some of our products come with standard warranty that covers malfunctioning, quality control issues or quick fault, but these are subject to the proper way of installation and use. We do not cover misuse, hardcore treatments, fall damage, etc.

Can I contact you somehow not via email or website?Yes, we offer free chat with extended working hours via WhatsApp. You can also contact us via phone call, but please mind multinational phone carrier charges.
